From our kitchen to yours.

Pão de queijo started as a side dish on our menu at Lova in 2023. Slowly, word of mouth spread. People tried it out of curiosity. Brazilians came looking for a taste of home. Little by little, we had to scale to keep up with demand. New machines, more hands.

Introducing the latest step: PdQ - frozen pão de queijo to bake fresh at home.

Brazil’s favorite snack, now ready whenever you are.

What’s pão de queijo?

Pão de queijo is Brazil’s anytime snack - a traditional Brazilian cheese bread made with cassava flour and cheese. Crispy on the outside, soft and cheesy on the inside.

Made the Lova way

At Lova, we’re obsessed with making the perfect pão de queijo. We use cassava starch imported from Brazil and local Gouda cheese, creating a deep, rich flavor that’s both authentic and unique.

A LOT of cheese

Our pão de queijo is extra cheesy, and we use aged Dutch Gouda cheese for a richer, deeper flavor.

Fresh ingredients

We use real eggs, milk and cheese for a richer flavor and softer texture.

Made in small batches

Every batch is carefully prepared and hand-rolled to keep texture, flavor and consistency just right.
