What’s pão de queijo?

Pão de queijo is Brazil’s anytime snack - a traditional Brazilian cheesebread made with cassava flour and cheese. Crispy on the outside, soft and cheesy on the inside.

Made the Lova way

At Lova, we’re obsessed with making the perfect pão de queijo. We use cassava flour imported from Brazil and local Gouda cheese, creating a deep, rich flavor that’s both authentic and unique.

A LOT of cheese

Our pão de queijo are extra cheesy, and we use aged Dutch Gouda cheese for a richer, deeper flavor.
